Within this realm, we carry grades that are Precolored, Glass Filled, Transparent, Flame Retardant, UL listed, FDA Approved, Automotive Approved, NSF Approved, USP Listed, along with many other listings and approvals.
By the nature of ABS and its inherent properties, it is very important to pick the correct material for the application. Things such as izod, impact strength, melt flow, yellow index of the natural material, colorability, and gloss levels are vital to understand about the material you wish to select. Our team of resin and technical experts can aide in guiding you through the selection process, helping you to find just the right ABS for you needs.

ABS is one of the unique materials in which the quality of the material available has come a long way in the last 20 years. In the past, our customers often felt that they had to stick with one of the domestic materials we supplied in order to get the quality that they needed for a tight tolerance job. This is no longer the case. With the rise of the Asian made ABS, and the intense research that they have poured into the field, the quality of the imported grades have matched or often times exceeded the quality of some of the domestics, and at a very reasonable price. If the opportunity to use an imported grade of materials are possible, please let us know, and we will advise you on some of your lower cost options.

Many of the higher end, compounded ABS’s are often made without the tight tolerances that are needed to ensure that the materials perform up to their mechanical specifications. To avoid any problems with our materials, we use twin screw technology and computer controlled compounding methods to ensure that your custom products are of the highest quality possible, and the lowest cost. What we do is to produce great ABS compounds at very reasonable prices. Get in touch with us, and let us show you what we can do.

Our extensive in stock, ready to ship inventory and market leading prices will make TDL Plastics your only choice for CYCLIC OLEFIN COPOLYMERS (COC) shapes for your most demanding applications.

TDL Plastics can also produce any CYCLIC OLEFIN COPOLYMERS (COC) parts via our manufacturing process that you could want. This included CYCLIC OLEFIN COPOLYMERS (COC) lenses, CYCLIC OLEFIN COPOLYMERS (COC) packaging materials and optical lenses, and any other machined shape of CYCLIC OLEFIN COPOLYMERS (COC) that you might need.

CYCLIC OLEFIN COPOLYMERS (COC) (Cyclic Olefin Copolymer) is a very clear material much like PC and Acrylic, but with great physicals and higher dimensional stability. It has a higher heat resistance to both PMMA and PC with better chemical resistance. This makes CYCLIC OLEFIN COPOLYMERS (COC) the choice for the most demanding applications where clarity is needed. Let TDL Plastics create the exact finished shape that you need.

We can provide materials that are food contact approved in the US per FDA and Europe per EU Plastics Directive, as well as other agency approved materials. We also have UV transparent grades.

Solutions in every single piece of CYCLIC OLEFIN COPOLYMERS (COC).

Our extensive in stock, ready to ship inventory and short lead time specialty ordered material will make TDL Plastics your only choice for POLYETHERIMIDE (PEI) all of your shapes.

We can also machine any POLYETHERIMIDE (PEI) parts that you need. These parts come in a natural (honey) transparent color and black.

POLYETHERIMIDE (PEI) (Ultem®, Duratron®, Tempalux®) is a very high heat material that exhibits a natural flame retardancy and a low smoke character, coupled with good chemical resistance, which makes it a good choice in applications where smoke is an issue such as aerospace and confined marine space parts. The excellent machinability of POLYETHERIMIDE (PEI) offers the ease of processability that will allow you to machine the material in house or let TDL Plastics create the exact finished shape that you need.

We can provide materials that are UL V-0 rated and FDA approved materials which can withstand various types of sterilization procedures.
