 TDL Plastics carries a wide range of both Homopolymer and Copolymer acetals. While many molders and extruders used to shy away from acetal because of very tight processing windows and the potential for thermal decomposition, clearing out the whole plant, acetals have come a long way in the past few years. The advent of enhanced processing grades in the homopolymers and expansion of grades available in the copolymer realm have allowed us continue to fine tune supply of materials to our customers, getting them just what they need, just when they need it.

Based on the research and testing that we undertook for one of our customers, we have greatly expanded our laboratory research involving filled acetals, and have come up with incredible fillers and applications that we were told that could not be done.
