TDL Plastics provides PAES (Radel® R) in all shapes and sizes. WE have PAES Sheet, PAES billets, PAES rods, PAES shapes, and PAES tubes. We can provide these in amber, natural, and an array of any custom color that is needed.
We have immediate access to many different Radel ® stock materials, and can be right there when you need any PAES shapes.
We also have the ability to produce any PAES in house that you might need. This included PAES parts for medical applications or medical devices, or any other machined shape of PAES that you might need.
PAES (Polyarylethersulfone, and often referred to as PPSU or Polyphenylsulfone) offers great impact and chemical resistance. This is a very good material for medical applications needing FDA or USP Class VI compliance.
We can also provide materials that are USDA approved, as well as other agency approved materials. These can be used for all different types of applications where high performance and biocompatibility are needed.
